Broadcast Analyst
Scott Ratliff

Scott Ratliff joined the Georgia Swarm in 2021 as the club’s broadcast analyst, providing color-commentary for the team’s local television broadcast alongside play-by-play cohort Chris Mooneyham and field reporter Tabitha Turner.

An Atlanta native and Walton High School graduate, Ratliff has been playing professional lacrosse for nine years in the MLL and PLL and currently plays for the Archers Lacrosse Club in the Premier Lacrosse League. During his storied LAX career, the long-stick midfielder was a key contributor on the 2012 NCAA National Champion Loyola University Maryland squad, a seven-time pro lacrosse All Star in both the MLL and PLL, and won the 2018 Dave Huntley Man of the Year for the MLL’s Atlanta Blaze. Ratliff was awarded the Welles Crowther Humanitarian of the Year Award by the PLL in 2019 for his philanthropic efforts across the globe.

Ratliff is also the Co-Founder of the Give & Go Foundation, a non-profit organization on a mission to #GrowTheGame by connecting underserved lacrosse programs with coaches and equipment that empower them to share the virtues of lacrosse and provide opportunities for local youth to participate in the sport that has had such an impact on him.

Ratliff stays close to his Atlanta roots by coaching the Thunder Lacrosse Club & Greater Atlanta Christian School, while also serving as an accomplished leadership development consultant, speaker, author, and poet.
