DULUTH, GA (January 8, 2024)– Sympleaf Sport, a holistic whole health CBD brand featuring products developed to complement an active lifestyle, is excited to announce its partnership with the National Lacrosse League (NLL), Eastern Conference team, Georgia Swarm. This partnership makes it the sole CBD product in the Swarm’s portfolio and the team’s CBD partner for the next three seasons.
Playing at Gas South Arena in Duluth, Georgia, since 2016, the Swarm has seen success qualifying for the NLL playoffs in five of its seven seasons, including winning the NLL Championship in 2017. With this notable level of success, its partnership with another successful brand- Sympleaf Sport, is a natural fit. Earlier this year, Sympleaf Sport announced its CBD oil had received NSF Certification for Sport®, a notable accomplishment in its own right. The designation verifies that Sympleaf Sport’s 1500mg CBD oil does not contain unsafe levels of contaminants, prohibited substances, or masking agents and that what is on the label matches what is in the product.
“We are excited to partner with Sympleaf Sport – true leaders in the health and wellness industry,” said Matt Ritzer, Georgia Swarm Vice President of Business Operations. “We feel it’s important to align ourselves with partners who value holistic health, and it’s a bonus with Sympleaf Sport being a Georgia-based company.”
Sympleaf Sport’s focus on product development for athletes has propelled its expansion into the sports marketing arena, which includes a partnership with the Atlanta Braves, professional boxer Evan Holyfield, and the PGA Champions tournament at Sugarloaf. Additionally, these efforts further align with its support of nonprofit affiliations, such as the Kyle Pease Foundation, which empowers disabled athletes by creating platforms geared towards participation for all in sports.
“As we expand our presence in the professional sports realm, it’s crucial to engage a diverse range of athletic enthusiasts,” said Joe Salome, co-owner of Sympleaf Sport. “The Swarm enables us to impart CBD education and awareness to the lacrosse fan base that extends across professional, weekend warriors, and scholastic levels.”
Sympleaf Sport is honored to be the CBD sponsor of the Georgia Swarm and is committed to providing athletes and individuals with safe, effective, and high-quality CBD products. It looks forward to continuing its mission of promoting holistic health and wellness through high-quality CBD products.
